Kelso was selected for renovations and additions to this historic thoroughbred Racetrack facility. The Patio Terrace and Gaming facility will include a sports bar, simulcasting area, VIP rooms and covered roof top terrace.

OTW Restaurant Facility, Woodbridge, NJ
A state of the art, 26,000 square foot, simulcasting facility with off track wagering, and an upscale sports bar and restaurant. This is the first OTW operated by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority.

Brand Aromatics
Brand Aromatics and Kelso Construction teamed up to renovate and convert an existing 45,000 square foot facility to accommodate Brand’s need to expand their facilities. Brand’s new Headquarters includes corporate offices, warehouse, refrigerated rooms, research areas and processing facilities. Brand Aromatics specializes in manufacturing concentrated food flavors and ingredients for industrial food processors.

This is the latest branch location for the rapidly expanding Ocean First Bank. This location is in Freehold, NJ near Freehold Raceway Mall. Kelso has completed multiple branches for this owner and plans for additional locations are underway.
